I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Buggybeat with Chelle  ❤️ what is this class ? Well it’s a fitness class where you can bring little one, it’s about having fun, talking about parenting wins (however big or small) and taking some YOU time back.   Meeting other lovely mums and getting out in the fresh air whilst exercising 💪💪 £5 per session.  Suitable for all levels of fitness.  Please bring bottle of water, towel and mat for floor work.  Check out my Facebook page for days/times -  Chelle x

Plus Size Bootcamp over 50s 

Ok so what is this class about ?  I created it because I wanted to provide a class for those who maybe would feel intimidated in a large leisure centre class in a Lycra clad mirrored environment.  For those who maybe used to train but haven’t for awhile but feel they want to get back into fitness. My class is small, friendly, non-judgemental and fun.  You work at your own pace under my guidance.  It costs £5 per session with no pre-booking required - next class Monday at 6.30pm @ Romilly Park.  PM me if you want more information and I hope to see you soon - Chelle

Ease into Exercise

Chelle is so positive and encouraging, especially to anyone who is coming back to exercise after some time away. If a particular exercise on the circuit is too difficult or painful, she can always find an effective alternative. Chelle pushes us hard, but gets results! I'm feeling better for it 😀
